Upon my arrival in China, my situation was notably unusual. Initially, I had signed with Beijing Guoan. After nearly a week of quarantine, my agent informed me over the phone that the player who was supposed to depart from Guoan had not left as planned, and the club was unable to register me for competition. He mentioned that we needed to devise a strategy, as otherwise I would find myself without a team to play for. I was profoundly disheartened at the time. However, a few days later, my agent proposed that I be loaned out to another club, ensuring that I would maintain a consistent playing schedule.
